When you opt in, we collect your email address. We may also record basic technical information your browser sends automatically (such as general device and usage data) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To send you the No Guesswork Fitness Blueprint and your free 7-day training plan.
• To email you related fitness tips, coaching content, and occasional offers.
• To give you access to the training inside the Strain Forward Fitness app on Playbook.

Email & unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we'll stop sending you marketing emails. It's completely free to sign up and there's no obligation to continue.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party tools to deliver this service — including systeme.io (to store contacts and send email) and the Playbook training app (to deliver the workouts). These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to remove it. To have your data deleted, contact us using the details below.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can also unsubscribe from emails whenever you like.
